- Order Confirmation
DockCraft Industries LLC will be sending you an order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The exception is for orders received via personal check, once the check has cleared the bank a confirmation will be sent. Usually 5 business days.
- Order Cancellation – Changes
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order before any fees are incurred. Any fees or charges incurred for cancellation or changes will be applied to you.
- Out of Stock Items
If for some reason an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, we will give you a call or send you an email within 24 hours of your order with an estimated availability date. At that time, you can decide whether you want us to backorder the item for you and hold your order. Then as soon as the backordered item arrives at our location, it will ship immediately. When Your Merchandise Arrives
Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Check the Packaging List and verify that the quantity of packages delivered agrees with what the Packaging List indicates when it left the factory. Please do not sign the Packaging List until you are sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition. If you should discover damage, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.
You must sign the packaging list with a note describing the damage you see.
Although freight damage is very rare, your products are fully insured against freight damage. Should freight damage be determined, contact us for instructions. Please keep all packaging materials and the Packaging List. Your items we be replaced at no charge.
Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success.
DockCraft Industries LLC customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with their selection.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must call us within 5 days after receiving item(s) for return instructions.
All items being returned must have Return Material Authorization number that we will provide you. All items must be returned at the factory within 30 days of receipt for a refund. After the 30 day period any returns will be refused.
Item(s) must be in original purchase condition for a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
Items must be shipped in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.
Return Freight costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are not refundable.
Although freight damage is very rare, your products are fully insured against freight damage. Should freight damage be determined, contact us for instructions immediately. Please keep all packaging materials and the Packaging List.
There is no restocking fee on damaged items, your item will be replaced free of charge.
DockCraft Industries LLC warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when used for the intended purpose of holding kayaks under normal use and conditions.
Any dis-assembly, unauthorized alterations or improper assembly damage will also void this warranty.
The warranty is valid for one year on parts for the original owner only and warranty begins from the date of purchase. DockCraft Industries LLC will provide a replacement part at no charge for any part found defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.
Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be responsible for damages or failures that occur as a result of improper use, assembly, or failure to adjust and operate the storage rack correctly (per manual).
